CONSULTATION PHASE
Tell us about the home you’ve always imagined. We want to learn more about you and your ultimate wish-list. What style of home are you drawn to? How many bedrooms will you need, what type of layout, and what size home will suit your lifestyle? Once you’ve shared your vision with us, we can begin to narrow down the details and determine the starting point. At times, it may make sense to begin with one of our existing floor plans and customize it. Sometimes the better option may be to start completely from scratch, or work from plans you may have. If you have previous plans, whether they are blueprints from an architect or scribbles on a napkin, we can bring those sketches to life. Whichever option you choose, Lady Street Builders will be there to openly communicate with you during each phase.
THE COLLABORATION AND DESIGN PHASE
Once we have a better understanding of your vision, we can refine your new home plan. We will build on our earlier conversations about room layout, architectural style, amenities, energy efficiency, and other details that are important to your lifestyle. Based on your feedback, we will work until we have created the ideal plan for your home. Once plans and specifications are finalized and a budget has been approved, the contract can be executed.
PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Next, we move onto personalizing and beautifying your space. During this exciting phase, we’ll guide you in your journey of selections including: flooring, light fixtures, kitchen finish details, and interior and exterior colors. As we develop a greater understanding of your personal style, we can help you define the style of your home. We will point you in the right direction during your selections, coach you through any questions or concerns, and help you make well-informed decisions. This phase takes what could have otherwise seemed like a daunting chore and turns it into a fun and appealing process. Lady Street Builders has cultivated a construction process that produces the highest quality homes both on-time and on-budget. We are proud of the relationships we share with local contractors and suppliers. They share our passion for uncompromised craftsmanship. We look forward to sharing this process with you as we conduct on-site meetings including pre-construction, pre-drywall, hardware, landscaping and others, as needed.
