Our clients should receive a base price estimate within 2-4 weeks or our initial consultation.
What Is Your Cost Per Square Foot?
Since each plan and lot are very unique, the price per square foot will vary. Typically, our custom homes cost $180 to $220 per square foot. We are able to offer very competitive pricing because we have established trusted relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in the Columbia area.
What Type Of Financing Do I Need For My Custom Home?
Building on your lot requires either a construction loan, or cash. Our preferred lender has excellent options and competitive rates. They can also combine your lot with your new home, to pay off everything in one loan.

We typically build custom homes within a 30-mile radius of Columbia, South Carolina including Lexington, Irmo, Elgin, Chapin, and Cayce. We are an on-your-lot custom homebuilder so we are not restricted to one type of setting to build your home. We build in established and new neighborhoods, on waterfront properties as well as rural land.

Yes! Although we offer a ``Build on YOUR Lot`` program, we most certainly can help you find a homesite if you don't already have one! You can rely on us to find the perfect piece of property to build your custom home on.
What Is A Perc Test?
Perc test are done if your property doesn't already have a public sewer and you need a private septic system. Before you purchase land for your proposed home, you'll want to know how many bedrooms and baths you are allowed. The perc test will determine your site's suitability for an appropriate septic system.
