There are many decisions to be made when you’re building a custom home.  In our model home, we have set up a Design Center to help home buyers select options to customize their houses to fit their personality and budget.  Clients will be able to compare cabinet finishes and styles, flooring and much more.  Builder design centers are a great resource for home buyers. A good design center can also help clients estimate the cost of upgrade options so they can better estimate their final budget.
